Our story
We started like you: from zero
It all began with a couple living long-distance who wanted to create something together.
What could we build? We had no resources to invest, just some free time after work. It couldn't be something physical because we lived 2,000km apart. We kept asking ourselves the big question: What problem could we solve?
Dani had been a gaming streamer on Twitch. Rosa, a yoga content creator on Instagram. A few years earlier we had tried to start a yoga ecommerce... and we failed. Starting out is tough. Especially without connections, without budget, and with a thousand tasks to do. That's how we understood firsthand how difficult it is for every entrepreneur and creator to start from the bottom, especially on social media.
And that's how the idea was born: create an accessible tool to help entrepreneurs and creators showcase their projects. We wanted it so you wouldn't need to know design, or have money for a website, or depend on anyone to start sharing your story or showing your business.
Just a simple place, without complications or unnecessary features. Something we couldn't find when we started.
Without knowing how to code, without knowledge of marketing, finance, or UX, but with lots of determination, we started learning everything from scratch. Line by line of code. Post by post. Error after error. We built what is now atom.bio. Little by little. No shortcuts.
Today, more than 500,000 people use atom.bio to tell their story. It's no longer just a couple's project. It's a family business that grows every day.
